1000 Square foot terrace with unobstructed city view. Terrace doors open to a porcelain tile walkway leading to a raised Ipe decking section with custom insulated planter boxes integrated into our re-movable modular decking system. The planter boxes are in clusters with high density foliage giving lots of privacy from neighbours surrounding. The ipe decking is roughly 6 inches as it clearly identifies the lounging from dining section. Ipe trellises clad all neighbouring privacy screens . Our custom aluminum Pergola sits inside the modular Ipe raised decking to give shade over the lounge section. Clusters of planter boxes surround the lounge section all fixed with RGB LED uplighting to wash the trees and plants at night adding to the ambiance. All planter boxes are fully irrigated with our automated irrigation system.
