1000 Square foot terrace with south, west and north exposure. Terrace doors open to a porcelain tile walkway leading to a raised Ipe decking section with custom insulated planter boxes integrated into our re-movable modular decking system. The planter boxes are in clusters with high density foliage giving lots of privacy from neighbours surrounding. The ipe decking is roughly 6 inches as it clearly identifies the lounging from dining section. Ipe privacy trellises are position around with climbing hydrangeas. On the south side, a porcelain tile section with our custom 12’ x 12’ aluminum pergola with integrated LED surround lighting. Clusters of planter boxes surround the dining section all fixed with RGB LED uplighting to wash the trees and plants at night adding to ambiance. All planter boxes are fully irrigated with our automated irrigation system.
