The terrace entrance leads out to a 300 square foot raised Ipe decking section with clusters of insulated planter boxes built into the decking along with an automated irrigation system and LED uplighting. On the west side a 200 square foot custom putting green surrounded by insulated planter boxes with an ipe trellis against the privacy screen. The island inspired putting green is built on a 6 inch raised platform with an Ipe border. All insulated planter boxes are equipped with RGB LED lighting to light up the putting green so you can play all night. All planter boxes are fully irrigated on our automated irrigation system.
