Rosedale Terrace

This boutique condo terrace with south views has a mix of multiple materials creating an ipe lounge section, porcelain tile transition for potential dining or secondary lounge section, an artificial turf border, limestone walkway with integrated up-lighting guiding you in two directions. The space is broken up with the use of our custom insulated planter boxes planted with our favourite - Tigers Eyes Sumac, Japanese Maples and a row of custom cladded ipe low planter box with Karl Foerster grasses.

With the use of our custom insulated planter boxes, an ipe bench and ipe trellis - we have created a feature accent wall with the use of English Oak’s creating a privacy wall against the brick wall.

All planter boxes are equipped with LED uplighting and an automated irrigation system.
